Ur inbjudan:
"Immigration and asylum law is at present an utterly dynamic field of law. On the one hand, factors relating to forced migration and the responses to this phenomenon are changing – and concepts like management of migration and securitization are emerging. On the other hand, also voluntary migration has found new patterns, especially when looking at the nearby region and the developments of free movement within the EU.

Which challenges do the new patterns of migration give rise to in the receiving and in the sending states? How is migration law equipped to respond to the challenges raised by the new patterns? Is there a need for new approaches and concepts within this field of law? How have the European developments effected migration law in general?"
